- Brendan, you just shot your argument in the foot. The second reason you cited-
- the perception that women will "take the money and run" to start families
- instead of staying with the company for the longhaul-is a perception and
- perceptions are the basis of discrimination. Has anyone done any research to see
- how true it actually is? And would anybody apply the same logic to men, about
- whom it may be equally true?
