- Jerusalem and the West Bank are not the same thing to Israel. Jerusalem
- had been its capital since before the war, but only the Western parts
- were part of Israel then. Finally, Naftaly didn't state that it was a
- war Israel was praying to happen, because Israel was patently *not*
- praying that the war would happen. Indeed, Israel didn't start the
- war.
