  25. Jerusalem and the West Bank are not the same thing to Israel.  Jerusalem
  26. had been its capital since before the war, but only the Western parts
  27. were part of Israel then.  Finally, Naftaly didn't state that it was a
  28. war Israel was praying to happen, because Israel was patently *not*
  29. praying that the war would happen.  Indeed, Israel didn't start the
  30. war.
