  31. I live in Tucson, Az and a recycling program has recently been started
  32. in my neighborhood. My city council person volinteered out neighborhood
  33. for the debugging phase. He said that other council members are afraid
  34. to start the program in their neighborhoods. You know how those urbanites
  35. can be when it comes to doing the right thing.

  37. Anyway, each house is given one container for their recyclables. You
  38. can put aluminum, plastic, glass (all colors), paper, and cardboard.
  39. There are some limitations like no glossy paper etc... The people have
  40. a choice, they don't have to do it. I'm not sure what the plan is for
  41. the future, that is when it becomes city wide.
