- Care more about? I interpret it just the opposite way--that women
- are far more likely to devote themselves to taking care of their
- husbands than vice versa. When his caretaker is gone, an elderly
- man may have neither the resources nor the desire to take care of
- himself. However, many older women actually become rejuvenated
- when they no longer have to put someone else's needs and wants
- ahead of their own.
