  23. It is probabily true and the main reason for it may be the large number of
  24. white males in the military being stationed overseas (ie asian countries).
  25. Several friends of mine in the military (Americans not just white) found 
  26. their wifes while stationed in asia.  Another reason might be the old myths
  27. about asian women being more devoted to their husbands.
  28. I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS TRUE, but the perception presists, so the conclusion
  29. could be 1. Some White men want the "subservant" asian woman, and 2. Asian
  30. men might be leary of an Outspoken White female.
