  23. "Bob" the way he liked to be called "Bob", and he called me "Bob" every
  24. time I talked to him through my summers at the pulp mill.  To this day,
  25. I refuse to answer to "Bob", though I will on occasion ask someone who
  26. uses the name "Bob" who they might be referring to if there's no one else
  27. around.
