  21.    posting to soc.singles about 6 months ago and during that time I
  22.    haven't seen any inappropriate followups to my posts.  And what's
  23.    important to me, nobody has flamed my English! :)  I think that a good
  24.    article will get good followups here.

  26. I think someone (it may even have been me?) once suggested that the real
  27. rules for soc.singles were (1) have a clue (2) think (3) write
  28. interestingly and with occasional wit.  Nothing in that list about good
  29. English.
