- Yes, but you give hugs and backrubs in an environment where they are
- accepted and common [isn't this what sf cons are for? :)]. Several
- people have said the same about alt.romance.*. Hugs and kisses belong
- there, they are appreciated and valued. Perhaps they are right about
- network hugs, personally I don't value them.

- For me, a hug on the net from a stranger is just a word. I don't see
- him/her, I don't know what he/she wants. I don't get much out of it.
- An email hug is a little better, a real one is the best.
