  15. I have been looking through my email files lately and made a discovery...

  17. "Smith" and "Jones" appear to be names as common as they are portrayed in 
  18. many stereotypes...These names are also portrayed in such a way as to invoke
  19. images of averageness or dullness.

  21. To all the Smiths and Joneses in my files:
