  19. Exactly!  Of course, thats only 50c per American, much less than we
  20. spent saving the S&L crooks.  (I think we should collect all the
  21. directors of reckless thrifts, and sell tickets to their stonings.  We
  22. could probably raise quite a lot of money toward bailing out the
  23. investors.  Or maybe we could charge 50c to stick em with a pin, that
  24. way they would last a lot longer as a source of revenue.)
