- I'm 33 and still have a high sex drive, although mine seems to be directly
- linked to my exercise regimen. I work out with weights and run/bicycle
- 6 days a week. I get a physical high and a mental meltdown (get all my
- agressions out by pounding the pavement and the weights). I've also
- noticed that after really good workouts, I get very amorous towards the
- missus. Not that I don't anyway, but I do notice an increase in my
- wanting to attack her when I get home. Maybe THAT'S why we have three
- "surprises" in the kid department! =)

- Anyway, for me it's exercise and weightlifting that heightens my libido.
