- Hmmm. I'm another woman who finds it easier to initiate a romantic
- relationship with a friend than with a total stranger. To tell the
- truth, I find it *really* uncomfortable when a guy I hardly know
- starts coming on to me in a blatantly sexual manner, or starts talking
- about marriage on our second date, or whatever. I don't like to be
- rushed or pushed into things! Also, in that kind of situation I tend
- to be suspicious that the guy is more interested in finding a
- convenient warm body or wife-and-mother than in me personally....
