  21. I *did* buy most of my furniture used... at a used furniture store. He 
  22. bought his at garage sales.

  24. If he'd bought solid walnut desks with inlay and carving I doubt I'd have 
  25. minded (although I'm more into the danish modern look myself). But that 
  26. was never quite what he came home with.
