  16.   Look around yourself for a minute.  Go outside and look at the beauty
  17. and grace existant in the world around you.  Can you honestly believe that
  18. all this actually just happened by itself?  To me, all creation speaks of the
  19. existance of God.  All of this is just too complex and perfect to have just
  20. spontaneously happened. 
  21.   As for Christianity, the only source of information that we have that is
  22. truly valid happens to be the Bible.  There is also much secular history of
  23. the man called Jesus Christ.  Most religions, at least those with historical
  24. beginnings in the Middle East, teach that Jesus of Nazareth existed.  The
  25. crux of Christianity then is that we believe He is the Son of God and died on
  26. a cross to pay for our sins.  I can not convince you of anything by just
  27. writing some words for you to read.  I pray that God will bring some genuine,
  28. loving Christians into your life and that you will open your heart to what
  29. they will show you through their lives.  Then I believe that you will be
  30. convinced.  The Holy Spirit is the only one with the power to truly convince
  31. you of the reality of Christianity.

  35. Perhaps one day soon you will.  As for the fire and brimstone stuff, I
