  22. The conference of the NNLGO was FABULOUS.  I went to several sessions,
  23. and attended a party where, besides me and a couple of other students,
  24. everyone there were gay and lesbian officials, elected and
  25. appointed...

  28. gorgeous, too...if I ever wanted to swing that way, she'd be exactly

  32. of West Hollywood) came across as a bit morose, but one of my friends
  33. took him to a dance club and said he was nice when you got to know
  34. him.

  37. She was certainly one of the most articulate people I've talked to in
  38. a long time.

  40. Would someone in Chicago help me out with the name of a lesbian
  41. official (I believe appointed to a Civil Rights panel, but don't hold
  42. me to it) who has an Italian last name?  We talked for nearly an hour
  43. Friday night, but I have totally forgotten her name, and I feel bad
  44. about that.  Ooops, there was another woman from Chicago with an
  45. Italian last name...hmm.  She had spikey grey hair.  I'd guess in her
  46. mid to late forties.

  48. Barney Frank seemed to think that I wouldn't in my lifetime be able to
  49. file a joint 1040 with a same-sex lover.  sigh.  He also thought that
  50. the queer community needed to start pressing for Clinton to drop the
  51. ban, and not simply assume that he will.
