-
- When O'Banion was cuaght jaywalking, he was apparently drunk
- and not very cooperative with the police. He was originally
- charged with felonious assault, assault with a deadly weapon
- (spit, HIV-laced), but that was dropped and he was found
- guilty of 3 minor assault charges. O'Banion filed a counter-
- suit, charging mistreatment and that his civil rights were
- violated - specifically that he was denied medication while
- under arrest.
-
- Because his case is under appeal, his sentence has been sus-
- pended. He is currently living in Hawaii.
