  22. I *know*" attitude, I continue:

  24. This restaurant (named "Caribe") has on its menu selections
  25. from several different Caribbean islands, including Dominica,
  26. Puerto Rica and Jamaica, and groups of islands, including but 
  27. not limited to the Netherlands Antilles.

  29. In most cases, the names of the islands or groups that these
  30. dishes are associated with are noted on the menu.  Making it,
  31. in clear fact, a *Caribbean* restaurant.
