- Let's see... The Interstate highways are also public property. Does that
- mean I can declare a 100ft strech of I-25 to be my 1/250,000,000th share,
- and start charging tolls? Public property is supposed to be used for
- the general good (as determined by our trustees, the federal government)
- not as any one individual wishes.
