- Actually it is a Federal Statute having to do with defacing federal
- property, the fact that it was reported in the Colorado Daily has nothing
- to do with the fact that it unlawful in the US to deface federal property.
- I kinda wonder tho, since this is a government by the people . . .etc, how
- can it be unlawful to deface our own property?
