  23. Easily available.  In our supermarkets here there's a case
  24. with imported cheeses (Havarti, Stilton, Port Salud,
  25. Emmenthal (which looks like swiss, and is somewhat similar),
  26. Gouda, Getjost, etc.).  You probably it have but just haven't
  27. noticed it.
