  16. The Ithaca Journal has been running Deb Price's column for
  17. several months.  As many of you probably know, Ithaca is a
  18. very progressive small city set in the middle of a very
  19. conservative agricultural area.  There was some outcry at
  20. first, and several local "Christians" cancelled their
  21. subscriptions, but there's been very little local comment
  22. since.

  24. While I tend not to agree with Price about a lot (she tends
  25. to be pretty mainstream as lesbians go), I enjoy the
  26. column.  She tends to intersperse politics and culture, and
  27. even did a column on the gay rodeo.
