  21. aligning with the fundamentalist right did not garner sufficient
  22. support for a Bush win, and unlike Dukakis, Bush could not pin
  23. an albatros like 'Card Carrying Member of the ACLU' on Clinton.

  26. and not a liberal.  He is a 'conservative' member of the Democratic
