  21. off as conaisseurs if you try, but you don't exist in my book until you
  22. know the difference between 'belegen' and 'half-belegen' _and_ can
  23. pronounce 'Goudse, Komijne en Edammer kaas' correctly.

  25. Knowing what kind of a cheese-slicer, called 'kaasschaaf', you need for
  26. 'jonge kaas' gets you up there pretty high as well.
