  9. I am very disturbed by the fact that in all this discussion of bear
  10. vs. twink, that no one has presented the viewpoint of those of us who
  11. are admirers both of Jacob, who was a smooth man, and Esau, his brother,
  12. who was an hairy man. I'm tired of people saying that it's just a phase,
  13. that I'm really one or the other, but don't have the courage to come out
  14. completely.

  16. Really, in a community as diverse as ours, there is no excuse
  17. for such insensitivity to minority issues.  In fact, since there is so little
  18. interest in my kind of issues in soc.motss, when it's not positively hostile,
  19. I propose the formation of a new group, to be called soc.bihirsutality.
  20. I hereby call for votes.

  22. While I'm at it, I also propose soc.chauve-inism [chauve=bald in French].
  23. Since I have no use for walruses or otters, however, I will vote against
  24. any such groups if someone proposes them.
