  19. Point taken. However, "ugly" in this case goes beyond simple
  20. physical appearance.  He might be (marginally) gay friendly, but
  21. even though I'm not fond of rap as a genre, I find his
  22. capitalization on it something of a travesty. I will grant you that
  23. "ugly" was a very poor word choice for the feeling I was trying
  24. to express.

  28. Maybe if I said it to his face, perhaps. Otherwise, I don't
  29. think so.  As I just said, I find him rather repellent for a 
  30. variety of reasons, and I think I -- as well as anyone else -- are
  31. entitled to my REACTIONS. That doesn't mean I don't think his 
  32. recordings should be sold, or any nonsense like that. When I am
  33. exposed to him, "ugh" is my reaction to him.
