- Indeed it does, particularly since last year at this time,
- my father was adamantly opposed to my bringing Bob to our
- Thanksgiving gathering. My mother persuaded my father to change
- his mind -- twisted his arm somehow-- boy, would I have
- liked to witness *that* drama -- and that's how Bob first
- met my parents. It turned out to be a remarkably positive
- experience for all concerned.
