- Trust ole Fuzzball to get this wrong! You were not being complimented.
- In fact, even if you soaked your head in a vat of Nair it would avail
- you nought.

- The Goat and the Wolf
-
- dedicated to FURR; courtesy of Aesop
-
- A Wolf chased a Goat, and the Goat jumped up on a high rock to escape.
- Then the Wolf lay down at the bottom of the rock, waiting for the Goat
- to come down. After three long days and nights of waiting, the Wolf said
- in a loud voice: I am hungry; I am going off to get some food! The Goat
- heard the Wolf say this, saw him go away into the forest, and jumped
- down from the rock. The first thing the Goat then did was to go to a
- brook which ran nearby, for he was terribly thirsty. As he was drinking
- he saw his reflection in the water and said: What magnificent legs I
- have! What a wonderful beard! And such horns! Just let that Wolf come
- back again, and I'll show him who is the better man! Just then, with a
- shout of laughter, the Wolf ran from the bushes where he had been
- hiding, and killed the Goat!
