  13. This is really a follow-up to all the postings about Daniel's (is that
  14. right?) letter from his father.
  15.  
  16. I really haven't had that much trouble with my father understanding.  In
  17. fact, he is usually more comfortable talking to me about my sexuality than
  18. I am.  I am, however, getting the impression that he thinks it's a phase. 
  19. He tells me that I should not rule out the possibility of going out with
  20. guys because he says that I could have a fun experience.  I try to tell
  21. him that I am not interested in going out with guys, and I really don't
  22. want to lead some poor guy on.  Overall, he is very accepting, though.  He
  23. always wants to know about who I am seeing.  He says that it doesn't
  24. really matter to him as long as I'm happy and I don't get hurt.

  26. My mother, on the other hand, doesn't really know.  She approached (or
  27. perhaps accosted) me about it once, so I guess she has some idea, but I
  28. really don't feel that I can talk to her about it.  (Background info:  My
  29. parents were divorced when I was 8 months old.  I've always lived with my
  30. dad, and I only visited my mom once a month, so I don't know her very well.)
