- Is no one going to defend Velveeta? It has several important advantages
- over so-called "real" cheeses:

- It disolves completely in water - lots of good emulsifiers. Cleanup is
- easy - just soak in water and come back later. (Which is what I'd do
- anyway.)

- Low melting temperature. So you can, say, melt it and pour it on a
- hairy man's chest without burning him. (And then completely disolve it
- with saliva.) (I wonder if it's condom-compatible?)
