  23. Right on!  Clinton is definitely a mixed bag -- but at least it IS
  24. mixed.  Reagan's first presidential innauguration was on my 15th
  25. birthday.  This is the first chance I've had to have a federal
  26. government that does some things I like and some things I don't, as
  27. opposed to one that only ever does things I consider unrelievedly awful.
