  10. Just thought we all might find this interesting.  In this morning's San Jose
  11. Mercury News (11/17), a small article mentioned that measure M in Concord was
  12. declared unconstitutional by a district judge because it discriminated against
  13. one group of people for no apparent reason.  No mention was given whether the
  14. group who put it on the ballot (Rev Mashore et al) will try to appeal or not.
