- Just thought we all might find this interesting. In this morning's San Jose
- Mercury News (11/17), a small article mentioned that measure M in Concord was
- declared unconstitutional by a district judge because it discriminated against
- one group of people for no apparent reason. No mention was given whether the
- group who put it on the ballot (Rev Mashore et al) will try to appeal or not.
