  22. known as RADA (the Royal Academy of the Dramatic Arts).
  23. You'll notice that the Divine Diana Rigg, among others, is
  24. vocally handicapped in the same way.  No Real Person(tm)
  25. speaks that way, and only a RADA graduate can hope to get
  26. away with it.  The Divine Jessye Norman, alas, is living
  27. proof of that.
