  13. In a recent episode, Jean Luc was transformed into a 12/13 yearold by a
  14. transporter malfunction.  I found it fascinating that he spoke with an
  15. absolutely FLAWLESS British public school accent.  Where did this come from?
  16. I thought he was a French fellow, raised in the wine country.
