  12. While most of the focus has been to keep the pressure on Clinton to keep
  13. his campaign pledge to remove the ban on GLBs in the military, I don't
  14. think that we should forget that there are steps that he should take in
  15. his remaining two months as governor of Arkansas.

  17. Arkansas is one of the states that still makes homosexual sodomy a
  18. crime. There are hundreds of men languishing in Arkansas prisons today,
  19. having been convicted of this offense. I say that Governor Clinton
  20. should issue a full, complete, and unconditional pardon to each one of
  21. them before he leaves office.

  23. While such a step would in no way redress those who have suffered at
  24. the hands of the state, it would at least allow Clinton to enter the
  25. presidency penitent and remorseful for the wrongs that his
  26. administration has done to these people.
