  29. That same arguement your are using against gay people could very easily
  30. have been used to discriminate against blacks not too many years ago.

  33. Also, from what I have read and heard there is no conclusive proof of any
  34. sort proving either that homosexuality is a choice or not.  Is it fair,
  35. then, to assume that it is choice and discriminate?  Sounds frightfully
  36. similar to being guilty until proven innocent to me.

  38. Even if it is a choice, is it right to discriminate?  Religion is a choice
  39. and the constitution guarantees your right to worship as you choose.
