  22. designed questionnaire instrument can indeed tell you a lot
  23. about any population you want to look at.  You can, if you
  24. work at it, determine within about three percent how many
  25. closeted gay men buy "green" toilet paper or any other
  26. cockamamie statistic you want.  Randomizing the sample is
  27. not difficult, but the questionnaire is *really* tough.
