  32. While I'm certainly not one who's afraid to criticize the ACLU, I think you
  33. have to be very careful when criticizing an organization for "underemphasis."
  34. Certainly, an organization has a right to prioritize the problems to
  35. which it will dedicate it's limited resources.

  37. On the face, the most you can say is that their priorities are different
  38. from yours.  I mean, there's a big difference between "underemphasis"
  39. on, say, "free exercise" cases, and *opposing* the RKBA (assuming you
  40. believe in a fundamental RKBA).  There's also a big difference between
  41. emphasizing the rights of one group (say, the free exercise of Christianty)
  42. but not emphasizing those of another (say, the free exercise of Islam).
