- While I'm certainly not one who's afraid to criticize the ACLU, I think you
- have to be very careful when criticizing an organization for "underemphasis."
- Certainly, an organization has a right to prioritize the problems to
- which it will dedicate it's limited resources.

- On the face, the most you can say is that their priorities are different
- from yours. I mean, there's a big difference between "underemphasis"
- on, say, "free exercise" cases, and *opposing* the RKBA (assuming you
- believe in a fundamental RKBA). There's also a big difference between
- emphasizing the rights of one group (say, the free exercise of Christianty)
- but not emphasizing those of another (say, the free exercise of Islam).
