  21. I would write Faa^Hai"Yi-Maa-Gurd'Yi-Hai"Liang-Maa-Gurd'Duay" to mean
  22. "Yi was allowed to be born, why was Liang also?"

  24. Look at what Khun Tawit or Khun Unalome write. These two guys are more
  25. mastering the system than me. We had talked about this romanization which
  26. some call transliteration for some time and decided we would go ahead 
  27. using it though there was no real consensus.

  29. Note that we use - (for normal tone), '(first tone), "(second tone), ^(third
  30. tone), and, +(fifth tone), e.g. as in Maa (come), Maa'(part of the word
  31. Pra'Maa'= nervouse), Ma" (part of the word Pa"Maa" = Burma), Maa^ (horse),
  32. and, Maa+ (dog), respectively.

  34. Also note that a for Sa'Ra'Ar; aa Sa'Ra'Aar. I still don't remember what 
  35. sylable is use for Sa'Ra' Eue (like in the word Nue^ = meat).
