  42.   Thanks Nadeem. This is one of the most encouraging and Sincere answeres I 
  43.   got. The case in India was, there was a Old woman (around 65 years) 
  44.   and she was divorced at that age, by her husband. She went to court.
  45.   The Supreme court said that fellow has to pay her some allowance to meet 
  46.   her Requirements. Muslim politicians supported by some Imams (donot know
  47.   whether Shias or Sunnis) opposed it. Many educated people and even a 
  48.   CENTRAL CABINET MINISTER opposed these Fundamentalists. But, the ruling
  49.   party with its eyes on Votes changed constituition to the fancies of
  50.   these Fundamentalists.

  52.   What are the rules in Islamic countries on this issue?  Second, 
  53.   your suggestion of a radical Reform is not comprhendable. Can you please
  54.   explain it. If you think that Muslim Ulema is ignorant WILL THEY ACCEPT
  55.   REFORMS? Take the examples of Bhais and Ahmediyas.  And who is the person or
  56.   WHICH is the process which has started the prevalence of Ignorance among
  57.   Muslim Ulema?

  59.   Finally what is the position of Handicapped people in the issue of Talaq?
  60.   By the way, so do you agree that a Muslim, can call his wife once in TWO 
  61.   months and TALAQ her successfully after four months? Because I foresee
  62.   some "Technical" problems like establishing the identity of person. And many
  63.   of its variations.
