- The CTC has always had a very anti-helmet policy. I don't really understand
- why. Bicycle helmets have been made even lighter recently, and much better
- ventilated. Many other bicycling organization endorse helmet use and many
- bicycle races require helmet use (a sure way to get kids more keen to wear
- helmets).
