- Oh c'mon Bill, does it take 20 years to get comfortable driving in the first
- place? I've only been a licensed driver for about 16 years myself but I felt
- pretty comfortable after about a month driving around the South Island a couple
- of years ago. By your criterion I shouldn't even be comfortable driving in
- Vancouver, where I have resided almost continuously since getting a license.
