- Obviously. But when a jury finds something which is entirely out of
- whack with common sense observations and even with detailed analysis,
- free of the theatrics and manipulations of the courtroom, then the
- "justice" system is missing out on justice by miles. When this kind
- of verdict becomes commonplace, the system is due for a major overhaul.
