  12. When I was in Japan a few months ago I watched a documentary on
  13. television there that showed that many Japanese are against the
  14. Plutonian shipment.  In fact, even according to the Japanese
  15. government, there is no economic justification for using
  16. Plutonian rather than Uranium in their reactors.  Finally, every
  17. Japanese scientist I spoke with is against the shipment.

  19. It seems to me like an absolutely crazy thing to do, as did every
  20. Japanese scientist I spoke with while there.  The possible
  21. consequences of the material falling some day into the wrong hands
  22. are so catastrophic (destruction of Tokyo, Washington, New York,
  23. Paris, London ?...)  are just too horrific to imagine.
