  38. I hope that you are not implying that I am spreading Iraqi propoganda.
  39. I only related a personal memory, and that at the time I did see the
  40. prospect of war.  But of course, none of these provocations could EVER
  41. justify the Iraqi invasion.  I hope the difference is clear.
