  13. To all the visa Gurus..

  15. A friend of mine got ajob offer today. He is on F-1 visa and planning 
  16. to take the job. His employer says they will process his H-3 visa, which
  17. is special education exchange visitor program. They say that H-3 is easier
  18. to get then H-1B. The questions is,

  20. what is the difference in H-1B and H-3?

  22. which is better? Why?
  23.  
  24. can he still apply for his green card on H-3?
  25.  
  26. Is it that H-3 can be paid less than H-1, and that is why his employer 
  27.     is doing this?

  29. What are the disadvantages of being on H-3 and not on H-1B?

  31. What is the expected salary that he should be paid if he has two M.S degrees
  32.     one in CS and other in EE?
