- Wonder how the sys admin took such action, when by law he is not allowed
- to do so, unless there is evidence of a cognizable offence, or intent to
- commit an act in the detriment of society an example would be hate mail.

- In fact though the exchanges on the net between the particular gentlemen
- were of an unsavoury nature, it does not give anyone the authority to be
- a self-proclaimed net.police, and ask the sysadmin of a particular node,
- to restrict that account holders privileges. You might have in fact just
- given the particular gentleman, an opportunity to take the sysadmin to a
- court of law to seek redressal.

- This reminds me of an incident last semester/year, when Asim Mughal and
- Co. tried to get the sysadmins of 2 nodes to restrict account privileges
- of people who post on the net,and were firmly rebuffed.
