  12. Can someone help me with hints on trying to get transcripts from
  13. IIT Bombay in a reasonable amount of time (4 weeks) ? I can think
  14. of writing to them or even sending out a FAX but I have a nagging 
  15. suspicion that this simple strategy may lead to a prolonged back 
  16. and forth exchange of memos, letters etc., especially given the
  17. amount of time an international check would take to clear...
