  19. Seriously though.  There was a donkey in Seattle tortured to death
  20. several months ago.  A big cry from the public wanted harsh punishment
  21. to the ones that committed the horrible act.  The newspapers carried
  22. the story day in and day out.  During the same period, a little girl
  23. was raped, throat slashed, and dumped into a dumpster.  The girl
  24. survived and helped the police arresting the man who left her in the
  25. dumpster to die.  But few people know about this story.  Well, the
  26. story came out because the judge on the girl's case commented that the
  27. public pays more sympathy to animal than to human being.  I look at it
  28. differently though.  The story like that of the girl happened in the
  29. US too often that the news media didn't think it was news worthy.  But
  30. the donkey thing was a sensational story and the public bought it.
