  14. I have only recently begun attempting to learn Esperanto, and I had a few
  15. questions I was hoping some of y'all could help me with.

  17. 1) Does the -in- suffix work for specifying female animals?  For instance,
  18.    is a female dog a 'hundino'?
  19. 2) Is this 'gesinjoroj' the correct way to say 'Ladies and Gentlemen'?
  20.    From the rule of using the 'ge-' prefix to specify both male and female
  21.    members, it would seem that it is, but I can't find an example.
  22. 3) How would one pronounce 'geknuboj' (boys and girls, I hope).  Would
  23.    it be 'gek-noo-boy', or 'ge-ka-noo-boy', or is the 'k' relatively
  24.    silent?
  25. 4) How about 'kvar' and 'kvin'?
