- Well, I back again to pester you netters with a few more questions.
- First of all, does anyone know of someone in Scotland that breeds and
- trains collies? I'm looking for a breeder/trainer of the old Scotch
- Collie, not the Border collie. (the Scotch collie is the "Lassie" type).
- I'm specifically looking for someone who still uses their collies for
- herding (although they are probably not the premere herding dog, I'm
- still looking for one.) If I could have a name and address that would
- be great!
-
- Secondly, does anyone know what colours the kilts and tartans are
- for the Eliot clan? I've recently had a short conversation
- with my grandma, and she said that there is/was and Elliot clan
- that came down from the Highlands. Also, if you know that clan
- Symbol that would be great!
-
- (PS before you suggest I look for collies in the US, I
- already have three for US stock, and they can't herd
- well! I want some new genes!!!)
